Who Should Attend Individuals who are involved with any aspect of quality planning including Management, Sales, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing and Manufacturing, Internal Quality Auditors, Audit program Managers and other individuals involved in the internal auditing to the ISO 9001:2000, ISO/TS 16949:2002, and/or any similar quality system standard.
Prerequisites Previous experience and/or training in the automotive approach to process based auditing is highly recommended.
